“Whoever relieves the hardship of a believer in this world, Allah will relieve his hardship on the Day of Resurrection. Whoever helps ease one in difficulty, Allah will make it easy for him in this world and the Hereafter…” [Muslim]
The Al-Haqq Islamic Center is committed to strengthening and supporting the Believers within our community. As part of this commitment, we are providing a structured platform through which our members may submit requests and appeals for either personal relevant hardships, or support for other urgent community related awareness.
Allah reminds us in the Qur’an:
“And cooperate with one another in righteousness and piety.”
(Surah Al-Ma’idah 5:2)
This initiative reflects that divine instruction — encouraging mutual assistance (ta’awun), while preserving dignity, fairness, and organizational integrity.
The Member Requests and Appeals System exists to:
• Provide a respectful process for members experiencing hardship
• Facilitate appropriate community awareness when needed
• Encourage structured and responsible support within the community
• Preserve the integrity and neutrality of the Islamic Center
All requests must be submitted using the official Request Form available on our website.
The Member Requests and Appeals System is administered by the Al-Haqq Communications Team, which is responsible for reviewing all submissions.
Each request or appeal is carefully evaluated to ensure:
• Completeness and clarity
• Alignment with Islamic values
• Appropriate use of this service
• Consistency with the mission and standards of the Al-Haqq Islamic Center
Approval by the Al-Haqq Communications Team is required before any request or appeal is posted or shared through the Center’s platform.
Submission of a request does not guarantee approval or posting.
The Al-Haqq Islamic Center serves as a facilitator of community awareness and support.
The Center is under no obligation to fulfill, fund, or otherwise guarantee the outcome of any request or appeal submitted through this system.
While we strive to assist our members in times of hardship, all follow-up communication, arrangements, and outcomes remain the responsibility of the submitting individual.

Allah tells us:
Holy Qur'an - Surah 94 "Al Inshirah" (Chapter 94) Ayats (Verses) No: 5 - 8
5. So, verily, with every difficulty, there is relief.
6. Verily, with every difficulty, there is relief.
7. Therefore, when thou art free (from thine immediate task), still labour hard
8. And to thy Lord turn (all) thy attention.
This initiative exists to uphold our shared responsibility to care for one another in times of need, strengthen our unity, and lighten the burdens of the Believers.
